Return

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for return, product must be unused, in its original packing .
2. How to return: To return a product, please email us at raimijewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide order id with reason of return.
3. Return Shipping: Customers will be responsible to bear shipping return cost unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
4. Refund: Once your return item is received and inspected ,we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If order was placed through COD then share your bank account details with order id at raimijewels@gmail.com and your amount will be refunded on the same. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available if damaged or defective product is received, or if you received a wrong item.

2. How to exchange: To exchange a product, please email us at raimijewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide order id ,details of issue and the item you wish to exchange it for.

3. Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions on how to return the item .Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.
